If, for any reason, the Customer (referred to as either "They", "Their" in this Agreement) is not completely satisfied with a purchase, Eversolid (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") invites They to review our policy on returns and refunds. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that They purchased on eversolid.shop

 

Order Cancellation Rights

The Customer is entitled to cancel Their Order at any time before receiving delivery without giving any reason for doing so.

To exercise Their right of cancellation, They must inform Us of Their decision using a clear statement. They must inform us of Their decision by email: info@eversolid.com.ua.

In this case, the order is considered canceled from the moment of informing Us by email.

We will use the same means of payment for refunds as They used for the Order, and They will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. 

In the case of cancellation of the order, we’ll make a refund within 14 working days from the date of cancellation.

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

The products bought by mistake, didn't fit or weren't needed anymore

The Customer is entitled to return the products because he bought them by mistake, the products  didn't fit or weren't needed anymore within 30 days from the date of receiving the products for a full refund.

We allow the products to be returned if they are in original packaging, and have never been used.

To exercise Their right of return, They must inform Us of Their decision using a clear statement. They must inform us of Their decision by email: info@eversolid.com.ua.

After receiving the products we'll issue a refund, or exchange the products for a different size/color if preferred for the Customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We'll issue a refund within 14 working days from the date on which We receive the returned products. We will use the same means of payment for refunds as They used for the Order.

If the Customer decided to return the products because he bought them by mistake, the products didn't fit or weren't needed anymore, the Customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning or exchanging their products.

Missing or incorrect products, the product is defective or were damaged during delivery

The Customer is entitled to return the products because the products don't match the order, missing, are defective or were damaged during delivery within 30 days from the date of receiving the products for a full refund.

We allow the products to be returned if they are in original packaging, and have never been used.

Warranty

Our products are covered by a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing. The Warranty is applicable ONLY in case of proper use. The warranty includes a refund or exchange of the products of the customer's choice. In the case of a warranty incident, we will pay for the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of the products.
