Shipping

Shipping is provided by DHL Express to the customer's address indicated in the order. 

The shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

USA, and Canada orders are shipped from our warehouses in Brick, New Jersey, or Kyiv, Ukraine based on availability. 

Europe and other countries orders are shipped from Kyiv, Ukraine warehouse.

 

Estimated delivery time:

USA - 7-15 business days;

Canada - 7-15 business days;

Europe - 7-15 business days;

Other countries - 7-15 business days.

 

Taxes & Duties

USA: all taxes and import duties are included in the final price. 

Canada: all taxes and import duties are paid by the buyer.

Europe: With the implementation of new regulations in the EU on July 1st and in the UK on January 1st, any parcel valued at or above € 150 / £ 135 (including shipping costs) will undergo customs clearance, for which the recipient will be responsible for paying. This typically includes a 20% VAT (sales tax) and brokerage fees.

The amount of customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees will vary depending on the value of the parcel and the laws of your country. Please note that Eversolid is not responsible for these charges.

Returns and exchanges

Please note that If the Customer decides to return the Goods because he bought them by mistake, the Goods didn't fit, or weren't needed anymore, the Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned or exchanged items to Eversolid.
